Warmane's own front page carries the date: "Onyxia's next phase of content including The Ruby Sanctum will be released on November 7th at 14:00." Ruby Sanctum is the last raid tier of Wrath of the Lich King, the patch 3.3.5 raid with Halion, and it is the phase after the Icecrown Citadel release that the same block lists.
A note on our own September reading
When we confirmed Warmane was operating on September 29, we described the front-page phase block as a stale archive that never got pruned, and used the future-dated content in it as evidence we could discount. The top item is now a future date: November 7. A stale block cannot lead with a date that has not happened yet, so the correct reading is that the block is maintained, carrying the completed phases plus the next one. We are recording the correction here rather than leaving the earlier characterisation standing, and the tracker entry carries the same note.
We are not claiming the whole block is current, only that it is live enough to publish the next phase, which is what this date rests on. The date comes from Warmane's own site, and it is the first party source we use for the network generally.

The phase order in the same block runs Naxxramas, the Eye of Eternity and the Obsidian Sanctum, then Ulduar, then Call of the Crusade, then Icecrown Citadel, then Ruby Sanctum.
