Quissy published the first episode of a weekly Forever roundup on October 7, covering the first week of October in a 14-minute video with chapter timestamps and a written highlights page. It is third-party reporting that points at Blizzard's own October 1 notes reply, and the specifics are worth recording with that attribution.

The XP clarification that matters most

Dungeon quest XP was cut 50 percent, and the cut applies to the bonus XP above normal quest values, not the whole reward.

Quissy's illustrative example, flagged as example rather than a specific quest: a 1,000 base plus 2,000 bonus reward becomes 2,000 total instead of 3,000. The base survives; the bonus halves.

That distinction changes the argument about the cut entirely. A halved total would be a different levelling curve. A halved bonus is a smaller nerf aimed at dungeon-repeat efficiency, and Quissy's open question is the right one: after your own quests are done, does helping a friend still feel worthwhile?

Class and system changes listed

Area Change
Feral Druid Tiger's Fury removed; Shifting Power converts Mana to Energy
Warrior Fury talents, Rage and off-hand mechanics adjusted
Hunter, Warlock Aggressive Mode returns for pets
PvP Most gear and token Honor costs up ~50%; cap raised 15,000 to 25,000
Skinning Creatures skinnable only once
Enchanting Crafted common and uncommon wands vendor for one copper

Plus: level 30 cap with the Excavation Site dungeon in the Wetlands for 26 to 31, ray-traced shadows temporarily removed, SD portrait icons matching the character toggle, Ghost Wolf appearance work, and Stitches back.

How to grade this

Quissy's page distinguishes confirmed notes, developing reports, player feedback and commentary, and points readers to Blizzard's development notes for the full list. That is the right structure for a roundup, and we are treating the specifics above as reported from the notes via Quissy, one grade below a first-party read.

The page also carries the disclosures this kind of content needs: example numbers labelled as examples, highlights labelled as highlights rather than a full class guide.
