12-year veteran WotLK 3.3.5a, x1 progressive, pre-nerf encounters, pop 100-200 per our earlier reading. NOTE Oct 3: the site returns HTTP 503, 'Serveur Dedibox en maintenance', a maintenance page rather than content. That is distinct from a dead host: a maintenance message is something an operator configures, so the project shows signs of administration even though nothing about the realm could be verified today. The tier and the veteran description are carried from our August 30 read, flagged as unrefreshed A third-party hub lists Dalaran-WoW as closed (undated, online from 2013), which CONFLICTS with the administered 503 maintenance page we read October 3. Two sources disagree with neither dated, so the entry keeps its rating and records both: a hoster maintenance page on our side, their undated closed claim on theirs.
