September 14, 2026 — Blizzard's live WoW Q&A airs Thursday, September 17 at 10:00 AM PT on the official Warcraft Twitch and YouTube (VOD after). Questions run through the NA and EU forum threads; Retail and Forever questions both welcome. Our beta verification hit list covers what datamining can answer — these are the ten that need a developer voice.

The questions

  1. Does Onyxia's Lair open December 9 with Hyjal Summit and the Barrow Deeps, or later?
  2. Beta close: October 21 or 22? Purchase terms and roadmap disagree by a day.
  3. Hardcore ruleset: what are the rules? Death = transfer out is confirmed; Appleblerone restrictions, trading limits, and the "next year" date are not.
  4. Token and boosts: "right now" or never? Clay Stone's wording leaves the door open — is the door actually open?
  5. Skyborne subtype names. Are Windshaper/High Order the real faction names?
  6. Legacy catch-up. A player starting in 2027 faces 65+ points of challenges — any catch-up, or is the gap the point?
  7. Realmless load. One ruleset per region means launch-day concurrency on shared infrastructure — what are the caps and queues plan?
  8. Transmog endgame. Epic-raid-appearances-to-recipient is confirmed; are there plans for appearance sources beyond dungeons/raids?
  9. WotLK Anniversary. TBC Anniversary marches on with no Wrath announcement — is one coming, and does Forever change the plan?
  10. Era's future. With Forever as the third experience, what happens to Era and seasonal experiments long-term?

What we'll do with the answers

Q&A coverage lands same-day: each answer maps to a flag on the hit list or the hub. Unanswered questions roll into the beta-verification queue.
