October 15, 2026: a Wrath of the Lich King realm called WoW Sulvus opens at 16:00 UTC (18:00 CEST), and the name is a trap. It is not the WowSulvus already in our tracker, a custom instant-80 realm (Adarea) at wowsulvus.com with roughly 155 people in its Discord. The realm opening today is at wowsulvus.es, and the split is worth stating plainly because the two are unrelated.

The new realm, which brands itself "WoW Sulvus: Wrath Reforged," says it comes from the team behind the original Sulvus, a Spanish instant-80 project from around 2010 whose Erenia realm ran arena seasons in 2016 and 2017. Its site says this version is rebuilt on a new core and engine of its own rather than a repack.

What its own site says it ships on day one:

Anyone who joined its Discord before today gets a Founding Member tag, and a closed arena and battleground test ran with the early community before launch.

We added it to the tracker as Sulvus Reforged so it cannot collide with the WowSulvus entry. Its population is recorded as unknown: no counter is published, so no band is claimed.

The name history and the existence of the separate wowsulvus.com project are documented in Private Server Hub's September 6 2026 writeup. Related: how we review a private server.
