What changed

- Patient anomaly: All three patients (T. W███████, S. K███████, E. B████) show O₂ saturation of 105%, 126%, and 107% — above the 100% physical ceiling. Elevated BP, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature across the board. Whatever they're exposed to, it's not normal.
- Population counter breakdown: Field report shows civilian population climbing (92 → 391 → 570 → 1610) before hitting ERROR and CAP EXCEEDED. The counter is either malfunctioning or something is multiplying.
- First insider voice: D. Alvarez warns the reader directly. Prior transmissions were logs and manifests.
- Vent horror: Maintenance request from Shipping and Receiving — "something is in the vents, it's taking out our wiring and comms." Three people missing but still appearing on comms. Crates exploded. Scratching, screeching, banging.

What it means
Escalation cadence: 01 (setup) → 02 (channel move) → 03 (incident) across five days. Scripted runway into Sep 12. Horror framing now explicit — extraction-shooter and Ghost-revival theories both gain.
Community analysis (sourced from Reddit r/starcraft): The exponential population counter (92 → 1610 → ERROR → CAP EXCEEDED) points toward changelings — specifically the Propagator variant from Co-op, which clones itself rapidly. The "screeching" language matches the Changeling short story. Patient body temperatures at 127°F should be fatal, suggesting something biological is rewriting host physiology. D. Alvarez's "read between the lines" hint may mean hidden text exists in the transmission source code. Page source group "001998" references SC1's release year. The Dominion's reeducation program is a Confederate/Arcturus-era practice that Valerian abolished — if it's back, something happened in the 50+ years between SC2's ending and 2575.
Lore context: Set 67 years after Amon's death. The Dominion appears to have backslid into authoritarian tactics (reeducation, resource clearing via population displacement). Valerian's "golden age" described in SC2's epilogue may have ended. The crates, the resources near residential/industrial zones, and the cover-up suggest the Dominion brought something to Roxara deliberately — and lost control of it.
