OutlawCraft's first-party developer update says the project now uses its public changelog as the deployment record. The September 19-23 entries show active balance work rather than a static beta page.
The September 23 update adds champion zombies that are tougher, slower, louder, and better equipped, plus a chopper Overclock mode, a one-hour "I'm stuck" recovery cast, stricter building placement, a 60-minute Karazhan window, and a revised Who panel. Earlier entries add boats, vehicle changes, a six-tier gear ladder, Black Site timing changes, and fixes that stop crafted items from becoming a vendor-money exploit.
The survival rules also moved. Hunger and thirst now affect stamina regeneration, thirst can kill, idle characters log out after ten minutes, and the latest handbook values supersede earlier day-two readings. The server's own changelog says Black Sites now run for 10 minutes, with a 2-minute lockout, while Karazhan runs for 60 minutes.
OutlawCraft reports two players and 28 Discord members at this check. Keep the realm at dev and tiny population. The download page publishes launcher version 1.0.3 and a SHA-256 hash, but the installer is unsigned. Do not run it without independent verification.
