September 19, 2026: the second datamine wave after round one is about crafted power. Icy Veins' Anshlun found Artisan tier sets in the beta files: crafted pieces (shoulders, boots, leggings, gloves per set, with entries for six slots) that grow with phases. The economy around them is the story.

The bonuses themselves read like Classic design with new hooks: shared templates across classes (Spirit, Defense, hit, haste 2-pieces; Barkskin, Rebirth-in-form, totem-radius 3-pieces) plus flavor like Hibernate castable in Cat Form and Life Tap generating 20% more mana. Full per-class tables live at Icy Veins; treat every number as beta-subject-to-change, same as round one.

What this means: Blizzard is building a real raid-to-crafting pipeline at launch, not a side hustle. Disenchanters become supply chain, Hyjal rep becomes a second progression axis, and the one-piece gate keeps crafted tier from replacing raid loot on day one.
